Andrea is a wife and mother of three. She discovered her passion for fitness in the fall of 2000 when a friend gave her a book about training and weight loss. She joined the local gym and began her health and fitness journey.

In August of 2010 she decided to turn her passion into a business, Temple Training, that would benefit others just like her. In the faith-based community, we typically strengthen our spiritual man but neglect the physical. Coach Drea saw a need to help people strengthen their physical body.

She obtained her Certification in Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in August 2010. And in February of 2012 she found CrossFit. This discovery was a game changer for her and her family.

As Drea developed a passion for fitness, she has since obtained her NASM-CES (Corrective Exercise Specialization) and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification to help be the best trainer/coach she can be. In May of 2016, she received her CrossFit Level 1. Drea is looking forward to the next season of her life’s mission – to help others acknowledge the power we have within to create a healthy way of life!
