Meet the team

Andrea Johnson

Owner/Trainer

Andrea is a wife and mother of three who discovered her passion for fitness in the fall of 2000 when a friend gave her a book about training and weight loss. She joined a local gym and began working out at 5 a.m., six days a week using what she learned in that book, and with the support of her husband. The benefits were phenomenal and she has not looked back. Andrea has since continued to train as well as run in a number of 5k’s, 10k’s and half marathons. Andrea has also joined in a few team competitions such as Tactical Strength Challenges and Flex on the Mall

In August of 2010 she decided to turn her passion into a business that would benefit others and change their lives the way hers was the day she started reading that book. She loves sharing her passion with everyone and has a desire to help change the lives of many. Andrea obtained her Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and her nutrition certification through Precision Nutrition to begin her journey as a personal trainer. She is dedicated to helping her clients by continuing to become more educated in fitness and nutrition.

Andrea now holds certifications in:

National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), CPT, WLS, CES

Precision Nutrition 1 – Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM)

CrossFit Level 1 – Weight Loss Specialist (NASM)

Temple Training's mission is to increase awareness within the community of Loudoun County about the responsibility each of us has to train our temples and our need to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit. Temple Training inspires others to make and achieve their own health and fitness goals. Everyone has an obligation to God and to him/herself to take care of their temple. Fitness it not a job, it is a way of life.
